All members of the Fink Lab, as well as volunteers and visitors, are expected to agree with and follow the code of conduct. As a lab, we expect everyone to cooperate in order to ensure a safe environment for all.

The Fink Lab is dedicated to providing a welcoming and harassment-free working and learning environment for all; regardless of age, sexual orientation, gender identity and expression, dis/abilities, physical appearance, body size and shape, race, ethnicity, religious/non-religious beliefs, or socioeconomic status/background. Harassment of any type will not be tolerated.
The Full Code of Conduct
Harassment includes the following: offensive verbal comments relating to any of the above categories, deliberate bullying or intimidation, stalking, following, inappropriate physical contact, and unwelcomed sexual attention. Anyone asked to stop any kind of harassing behavior is expected to comply immediately. If you are being harassed, or notice someone else is being harassed, or have any other concerns, please contact Kyle Fink (kdfink@ucdavis.edu) immediately. For official resources, please see the UC Davis Ombuds Office. We expect lab members to follow these guidelines at any lab-related event.
